When you submit the quote form we collect the details you provide: your name, email address and, optionally, your company, phone number, the services you are interested in and the description of your project. We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies.
How we use it
We use this information only to answer your request, prepare a quote and follow up on your project. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with third parties except the providers strictly required to deliver our email.
Retention
We keep your messages for as long as needed to respond to you and manage any resulting business relationship, then delete them.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by writing to info@369techlabs.com. We handle requests in accordance with applicable Canadian and Québec privacy law.
